When I was in college, it was really easy to pull an all nighter. I don’t think there’s a college kid alive who hasn’t done that. After graduating and getting a good job, I still had to pull the occasional all nighter, but they were few and far between. Now that I am in my late 30s, an all nighter is not something I willingly do because it just messes up my entire day. That is why I consulted a Beverly Hills chiropractor when I started having sleep issues. I never had problems sleeping before, but the last couple of months have been very trying for me.
It started one night out of the blue. I did sleep, but I woke up feeling so tired, I might as well have not slept any. I knew that I just had to get through the day, then I would sleep again and things would return to normal. However, when I slept that second night, I woke up feeling pretty much the same way. I did get a few good nights of sleep in there, but it was a very chaotic pattern of sleep, which is why I went to see a chiropractor.
I had done my homework on why it was so hard for me to sleep, and I saw where chiropractors are able to help a lot of people with the same problem. The adjustments that they perform on a person helps a person’s blood flow improve, which is actually a key part to quality sleep. They also fix any subluxations, which is also a great sleep inhibitor. I could tell an immediate difference after my first adjustment, and it felt so amazing to wake up feeling ready for the day instead of dreading it. I am going to have this done on a regular basis now because I never want to go through sleepless nights again.
